Only one account per member - You may only have one First Place Traffic account. Anyone found to have more than one account will have all of their accounts removed and be permanently barred from participation in the First Place Traffic program.

Fraudulent activity - Non-purchased credits may only be earned by the one person who owns the account, and must be earned via manual clicks without the use of any software intended to cheat our system. Any account found to be used for fraudulent activity will be deleted and all cash and credits in the account will be forfeited.

China - Due to excessive fraud and malicious software, our site no longer allows surfing from China. If you live in China, my apologies, but you can not participate in our program. Anyone surfing from a Chinese IP address, will have their account terminated. If you are visiting China, keep that in mind and do not surf while there.

Google AdSense - Google will delete your AdSense account if you rotate AdSense ads in traffic exchanges. To protect you from that eventuality, we do not allow links to pages that contain Google AdSense ads.

Allowable websites - All sites displayed through First Place Traffic must adhere to the following rules in order to be confirmed and placed in rotation:

- maximum of 1 popup (includes popups, popunders, exit ads, popins, etc.)
- page must load fully and completely in a reasonable amount of time
(8 seconds or less on a broadband connection)
- page must not automatically break frames/surfbar
- main links on the page must not break frames/surfbar
- must be in English language only
- must be fully functional, i.e., not "in construction."
- must not be an investment surf program (e.g., "x% daily" etc.)
- must not be a PTP site, or any page that loads another page inside itself
- must not be a surf link that runs a traffic exchange surf page within our surf page
- cannot contain any of the following:
. . . Pornography, sexual/sensual ads, adult topics, products or services
. . . drug-related content
. . . firearms
. . . warez (hacking, bootleg software, etc.)
. . . or any other questionable material
- does not prompt to "make homepage" or "add to favorites"
- does not attempt to download or install any program onto surfer's computer
- does not contain harmful scripts
- does not contain viruses/trojans or any other harmful agent
- does not open any program on the users machine
- does not force surfers to click OK or answer an un-requested prompt
- does not deceive the users with false advertising
- does not try to trick users into giving personal info (name, email, passwords etc.)
- does not advertise ways to cheat hit exchanges or harvest credits.

Any sites deleted by us will NOT have credits or cash returned to their accounts.

Email communications - All members agree to receive email from First Place Traffic to include specific email communications as needed, and general email communications not to exceed two email messages per month. All members must keep their email address current. If we get a bounced email when attempting to contact you, your account will be deleted.

Right to service - First Place Traffic reserves complete and final judgment and authority to terminate any account on the First Place Traffic program, at any time, with or without cause. Note: Please use common sense and integrity, and we shouldn't have any problems!
