| I do not live in the United States. Can I still join? |
| Yes. First Place Traffic is open to anyone from any country, so long as the sites being displayed meet our guidelines as listed in our Terms of Service. This requires, among other things, that all sites submitted to First Place Traffic be in the English language, that only "family-safe" content be displayed, and that a maximum of 1 popup ad is generated (zero popups is strongly preferred).

| Are credits and hits the same thing? |
| Yes, at First Place Traffic one credit equals one hit to your web site. Some other traffic exchange services play games whereby it takes 2 or more credits to translate to a single hit. We believe that can be misleading and deceptive, thus our credits always represent the number of actual hits you have available in your account.

| What are text links and how do I use them? |
| Text links are similar to banner impressions, but instead of rotating graphic banners, we rotate small text ads that display throughout our surf windows. At first place traffic, you earn text credits, banner credits, direct hits, and cash awards as part of our normal surfing process.
To setup your text links, click on the "My Text Links" menu item after logging in to your First Place Traffic account. You will be able to create new text links and then assign your text credits so your text links will be in rotation. If you run out of text credits, you can also convert regular traffic credits for multiple text credits.

| How can I recruit new members so I can benefit from my own downline? |
| Referring new members to First Place Traffic is a powerful way to increase your cash and credits, without having to surf or purchase more traffic. When someone creates a new account from your referral link, you receive bonus credits, banners, and cash directly to your account. Then as they surf and use the First Place Traffic system, you will always receive a small percentage of every credit they earn... for life. So long as your account is active and your referral is active, you will earn new credits without lifting a finger. Now if you recruit a lot of new members to First Place Traffic (i.e., build a downline) you can have a very significant source of traffic. On top of that, you not only receive credits for the new members you refer, but also for any new members that they refer, up to five levels deep. And you'll see your complete downline list on your referrals page.
To build your downline, people must signup for new First Place Traffic accounts directly from your referral link. You can obtain your referring URL by clicking on "Referrals" after logging in to your First Place Traffic account. Advertise that link and you will start to build your downline.

| I want to build a large downline. Can I advertise my First Place Traffic referral link using bulk email? |
| Absolutely no spam allowed! The only bulk email you are allowed to use safelist systems whereby all members "opt-in" and agree to receive email from other members. You also cannot send individual emails to people that you do not personally know, as that too would be considered spam. Any reported and verified spam will result in the permanent deletion of your account and forfeiture of any unused credits and cash amounts.

| I lost my password. Can you tell me what it is? |
| You can retrieve your password at any time by clicking on the "Lost your Password?" link on the First Place Traffic Members Login screen (or go directly to this URL: http://www.firstplacetraffic.com/exchange/resend.php). Simply enter your username or email address and click on the "Send Password" button. Our system will send an email to your registered email address, with the password on it.

| Can I allow other people to use my account? |
| No. Accounts can only be used by the person who signed up. Your friends and acquaintances are more than welcomed to create their own accounts. Have them signup through your referral link and not only will they receive cash and credits for their surfing efforts, but you will also receive an initial credit bonus plus ongoing downline credits from their surfing.

| How many sites can I add? |
| Free accounts can rotate up to 7 sites. A bronze level paid account can rotate up to 15 sites, a silver level paid account can rotate up to 20 sites, and a gold level paid account can rotate up to 30 sites. Of course, regardless of what level account you setup, you can always remove a site and replace it with another one (so long as the new site meets our acceptance guidelines).
These same limits also apply to the number of banners you can rotate and the number of text ads you can rotate.

| How do I add banners to my account? |
| First, logon to your First Place Traffic Member's Control Panel, then click on the "My Banners" link. In the "Add New Banners" section, enter a plain text banner name (e.g., XYZ Offer). Next, enter the banner URL. This must be a 468 X 60 GIF or JPG image (e.g., http://www.xyz.com/banner1.gif). Lastly, enter the Banner Target URL--where someone is taken if they click on your banner (e.g., http://www.xyz.com/offer.htm). Click on the "Add Banner" button and your banner should display on the screen. You can then assign impressions to the banner. Repeat these steps to add additional banners. |
| How much do I need to cash out? How are my earnings paid? |
| When you have $15.00 or more in your cash fund, you can cash-out by selecting the "Convert" menu option and then clicking on the "Click Here to request cash-out" link. Enter your PayPal email address and the amount you are requesting (no less than $15.00 and no more than the max in your fund). Press the "Request Payout" button and we will send your payment within 3 business days. |
